Welcome home!  This is what you could be hearing if you lived in one our many homes located in Central Texas.  We offer residential rental properties with you in mind.  We offer 3 or 4 bedroom houses, or two bedroom duplex or four-plex units.

We offer 6 and 12 month leases with minimal deposits.  

Sorry, there are no pets allowed at any of our properties.

Military Members:  We accept the Military Deposit Waivers, which can be obtained from the Fort Hood Housing Office, Bldg. 108.

HUD/Section 8 clients: We also accept HUD payments, upon certification/inspection of your new residence.
